Cove Blackout Curtains, Set of 2 (42" x 63", Black)

Blackout blinds were the one thing that really helped me sleep in the daytime after years of overnight and early shifts. These are the curtain version: two thick, dark panels that hang on a standard rod and take most of the daylight out of a bedroom.

No curtain blocks every bit of light on its own. Some light can still come in around the edges and over the top, so hang the rod a few inches wider and higher than the window frame and let the panels overlap in the middle.

Why you'll like it

• Thermal blackout fabric: thick triple-weave polyester that darkens the room for day sleep
• Easy to hang: metal grommets slide straight onto a standard curtain rod
• Set of 2: two panels, enough for one standard window

Use it with the app

Draw the curtains, then start a Listen session with Dim mode on in the Cove of Stillness app (in App Store review), so your screen stays low too.
