Delivery, returns, the 30-night guarantee and the app

  • Everything we sell right now ships from the US, and US shipping is free.

    • Window shade and white noise machine (US warehouse): usually 4–9 business days from order.
    • Blackout curtains (US warehouse): usually 3–8 business days from order.
    • Cove printed items (candle, mug, journal, print, throw, hoodie, pouch, tote, coaster, doormat, magnet), made to order: usually 5–10 business days from order.
    • Canada: a flat $8 USD on most items, usually 10–35 business days.

    These are typical times, not guarantees. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels. See our Shipping Policy.

  • Yes. We email you a tracking link when your order ships. It can take 24–72 hours to start updating.

  • Try it for 30 nights. If it doesn't help you sleep, email support@zetacove.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number for a refund of the item price. You don't need to send a used item back. Details in our Refund Policy.

  • Yes, unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please email support@zetacove.com first and we'll send the right return address (not the address on the parcel label).

  • Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace or refund it.

  • Cove of Stillness is our iPhone app for the minutes after a shift: guided wind-downs, soundscapes with a sleep timer, breathing and a journal. It's in App Store review right now. Learn more at coveofstillness.com. The gear here works fine on its own, too.

  • Yes. Our Etsy shop is the same Cove of Stillness brand, with prints and tarot art.
