A small ritual for the end of a long shift: light the candle, take a breath and let the day go. A fresh, green scent of eucalyptus, lavender and herbs, poured in soy wax.

Why you'll like it

Calm, green scent: eucalyptus, lavender and herbs
Soy wax: with a cotton wick
Lidded glass jar: keeps dust out between burns

Use it with the app

Light it, then do a Physiologic Sigh in Breathe or the "Just finished a shift?" reset in the Cove of Stillness app (in App Store review).
